Terms of Service

Ranch Assistant by CrestFlow Digital. Updated October 31, 2026.

Who provides the service

CrestFlow Digital develops and runs Ranch Assistant for barns.

Each barn owns and controls its records; we store and process them on the barn's behalf.

Using the app means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.

Accounts

A barn owner opens the barn's account and invites staff. The owner can end access for staff at any time.

Each person must keep their sign-in details private and is responsible for what is done under their account.

Ranch Assistant is not for anyone under 18.

See account deletion for how to request deletion and what happens to the account and the barn's records.

The barn's records

The barn is responsible for the records it enters and for having permission to hold the details of its clients, riders and horses.

The barn decides who it shares links with. Anyone who has a share link can open it, so share links only with intended recipients.

We do not sell barn records or use them for advertising.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ranch Assistant unlawfully, try to get into another barn's records or interfere with the service. Do not use automated scraping.

Do not send texts through Twilio to anyone who has not agreed as the SMS Terms describe. The SMS Terms cover texts sent through Twilio.

The app can also prepare a draft that you send from your own phone. We cannot tell whether you sent it or whether it arrived, and we do not receive replies, including STOP. Responses made through the lesson link are still recorded.

SMS Terms

These terms cover the Crossroads Ranch LLC Lesson Texts program.

When a barn uses texting, it can send clients lesson confirmation texts with a link to confirm or cancel. Each lesson text is sent from the barn's own number when the barn taps Send. The barn first reads the client a short notice and asks for permission to send an opt-in request text. The barn sends that text once when the owner logs the client's spoken yes. The client must reply YES to that text before receiving lesson texts. A valid YES is answered by one sign-up confirmation. Saying no does not affect lessons or care. Message frequency varies, usually one text per lesson, plus two texts when the client signs up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.

For texting help, email support@crestflow.io. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell mobile information, including phone numbers, texting opt-in data and consent. We do not share this information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPTOUT to stop texts. If you previously completed sign-up and stopped by text, reply START or UNSTOP to resume. If you asked the barn to stop, contact the barn to sign up again. Reply HELP to get help.

A client signs up in person, then confirms by text. The barn reads the client the consent disclosure, which gives the terms and privacy address. The client says yes to its closing question. Only then does the owner log the request in the app, which sends the opt-in request text once. The client replies YES. The app sends the sign-up confirmation once. No lesson text goes to a client before that confirmation. A client can withdraw consent by replying STOP.

The privacy policy's texting section at /privacy#texting says what is kept and for how long.

Service availability and changes

Ranch Assistant is provided as is. We may pause the service for maintenance or backups.
